• Payment data: Lake County Web Co. accepts payment via Zelle, check, or direct bank transfer (ACH). We do not collect or store credit or debit card numbers. We retain only the basic transaction confirmation provided by your bank (sender name, date, reference number) for our records.
• Technical data: Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, request time) and, if enabled, anonymized analytics data such as pages visited and approximate region.

• To respond to your inquiry and design, build, and deliver the website you request.

• To confirm receipt of the one-time unlock payment.

• Form / email provider (e.g., Formspree, Netlify Forms, or HubSpot) — to receive intake submissions and route them to our inbox.
• Email host — to receive and send messages from hello@lakecountyweb.co.
• Hosting provider — to serve this website.
• Analytics provider (if enabled) — for aggregate, privacy-respecting visit data.

5. Retention

We retain intake form data and project communications for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the project, deliver support, and comply with legal obligations (typically up to seven years for tax records). You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to applicable law.

6. Your Choices

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@lakecountyweb.co. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children

Lake County Web Co. is a B2B service for business owners. The website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
